Our national panel of accredited assessors will be calculating their fee based upon the information that you have provided to us. The fee will vary depending upon whether you already have floor plans available, or they will need to prepare plans on your behalf. Once you have made your selection you will receive a confirmation certificate proving that you have booked an assessment, together with a confirmed assessment date and when you can expect to receive your full EPC certificate.
